I love the reward yourself thing, it will really help ;)
I don't like gyms. They bore me a lot.
I play football (soccer) once a week with a team at work and often run home from work which is at about 3 km. Football really is fun and a reward in itself. Running relaxes from stress.
I don't really have a weight problem (at least, not yet ;), however exercising makes me feel much better and more happy with myself and other.
